REQUIREMENTS

These are the requirements that have to be met to be scheduled for an elective:

  • Fill out the ZedMedics Application form

  • You must be currently enrolled in medical school or a graduate of medical school (If you are a medical student, a letter of good standing from your dean will be required, and if you are a graduate a copy of your certificate will be required)

  • Identification: A passport with a valid visa

  • Vaccination Proof: MMR, Hepatitis B and COVID

  • Negative TB/Chest X-ray

  • Physical Exam Clearance

  • CV/Resume

  • Proof of health insurance
