REQUIREMENTS
These are the requirements that have to be met to be scheduled for an elective:
Fill out the ZedMedics Application form
You must be currently enrolled in medical school or a graduate of medical school (If you are a medical student, a letter of good standing from your Dean will be required, and if you are a graduate a copy of your certificate will be required)
Letter of intent addressed to the Medical Director of Medland
Identification: A passport with a valid visa
Vaccination Proof: MMR, Hepatitis B and COVID
Negative TB/Chest X-ray
Physical Exam Clearance
Transcript
CV/Resume
BLS, HIPPA, OSHA certification
10 Panel Drug Screen (only for graduates)
Background Check
Proof of health insurance
